Roesner and Hamilton was founded in 2018 by Daniel Roesner, Electrical Engineer, and Shaun Hamilton, Civil Engineer. 

United by a shared vision, Daniel and Shaun recognised the opportunity to build an integrated consultancy that delivers high-quality, practical solutions for complex transport infrastructure projects. From the outset, their focus was on combining deep technical expertise with collaborative leadership to better serve transport infrastructure clients.

Today, Roesner and Hamilton operates across three complementary business streams: consulting engineering, electrical contracting, and civil contracting. We design and deliver critical transport infrastructure projects throughout South East Queensland and beyond. 

Our team is proud to contribute to some of the region’s most significant projects, including Light Rail, the Pacific Motorway, and the Coomera Connector.

In January 2025, we strengthened our capabilities with the acquisition of Brisbane-based electrical engineering firm ERDS (Electrical Reticulation Design Services). This milestone expanded our technical offering and grew our team, positioning Roesner and Hamilton for continued growth and long-term project delivery success.
